In December of 2019, Tiny Heirloom leased 20,720 square feet at 9002 N. Sever Court in Rivergate (North Portland). Tiny Heirloom manufactures and distributes custom made tiny houses. They have seen an uptick in production after winning several contracts, which required them to lease more warehouse and shop to facilitate their growth. The Ossey Team represented both tenant and landlord in this transaction, as Tom worked with Tiny Heirloom, and Don worked with the landlord, Felton Properties. The property and building are primed for manufacturing as the building is served with multiple cranes, heavy power, and paved yard outside for additional storage.
