The Ossey Industrial Team completed another successful transaction representing the seller in a recent Columbia Corridor land sale. Pape machinery purchased the land on Sandy Blvd. which consisted of 11.26 acres. The price per square foot on this transaction is a reflection of where the growth in value for industrial land in the Columbia Corridor and the Portland industrial real estate market as a whole. With buildable land becoming more scarce the competition between users and developers will rage on pushing prices even higher, which is music to the ears of land owners who may be considering selling.
