In January of 2020, 4Bolt Properties (landlord) leased 11,062 square feet to Back Forty. BackForty is a full service contract beverage manufacturer who works with craft distilleries, wineries, breweries, cideries, and restaurants throughout the Willamette Valley and beyond. 4Bolt Properties previously used the property for their roofing business, which has since moved. Back Forty was focused on finding a building and property located within the Opportunity Zone, which provides tax incentives for new businesses. The Ossey Team represented 4Bolt on the landlord side, and Back Forty was represented by another Capacity Commercial Group industrial broker, Daniel Helm.
