In November of 2019, Alba Worldwide, a franchise of XPO Logistics, leased 124,090 square feet at 17401 NE Halsey Street in Gresham. This was an expansion and relocation for Alba, as they experienced unprecedented growth over a short period of time. Alba initially sublet 6,000 square feet in the summer of 2018 as their first warehouse location, but grew into increasingly more space as their logistics business grew. They moved from 6,000 to 30,000 SF, and expanded to 100,000 SF in a period of 9 months. This relocation gave Alba the square footage they needed at a competitive lease rate.
