ABC Roofing, a local Clackamas roofing contractor for over 65 years just expanded their operations into a new location near the Portland Airport just east of I-205. Tom Knecht of Capacity Commercial Group brokered the sale in late July. Their new space consists of a 32,000 square foot warehouse facility, as well as more than one and a half acres of paved, fenced yard space. Since 1951, the Bolt family has led their company to new heights and brothers Greg and Tom Bolt are no different. With the new facility being more centrally located in the Portland metro, accessibility to job sites will help facilitate their growth for years to come.
